Anna Ord

Get to know Anna

Anna is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Growing up playing competitive soccer and later attending Berklee College of Music, she learned early on how proper fueling can elevate both athletic performance and creative expression.

Her passion for coaching comes from a simple belief: health shouldn’t feel overwhelming. In a world full of conflicting food information, Anna helps clients cut through the noise with straightforward, science-backed guidance. She wants people to live big, meaningful lives without hyperfixating on food—while still honoring their health in a sustainable way.

As a coach, Anna blends creativity with practicality. She’s a foodie at heart and loves building delicious meals that align with her clients’ goals. Her style is supportive, simple, and encouraging—she’s the kind of coach who becomes your biggest fan and reminds you of what you’re capable of. Clients often say they can feel her genuine energy and passion for helping them succeed.

Outside of coaching, Anna stays inspired through movement and creativity—writing music, lifting, running, hiking, surfing, and teaching group fitness classes.

Madeline Wells

Get to know Madeline

Madeline is receiving her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness at BYU, is a certified nutrition coach through HCI, and a NASM certified personal trainer. Before stepping into the world of health coaching, she spent 15 years dancing competitively, which built her love for movement, discipline, and helping women feel strong in their bodies.

Her passion for coaching grew when she realized how many young women—herself included—were struggling with body image and confused by the constant swirl of health advice online. The more she learned, the more determined she became to teach women the real, science-backed truth about their bodies so they can stop doubting themselves and start living their healthiest, happiest life.

Madeline’s coaching style is practical, supportive, and relatable. She makes healthy living feel simple and works with busy, motivated women who want to feel confident, capable, and in control of their health.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, hosting dinner nights with friends, training for various races, and going for a classic hot girl walk.
