Online coaching

What to expect

Billing and Commitment

Coaching is billed weekly and renews automatically. You’re free to continue for as long as support feels valuable.

To pause or cancel, please provide 7 days notice before your next billing date.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Your appointment time is reserved for you!

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed or changed with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
